How fresh will the cookies be?
We bake right before your boxes ship and seal every cookie individually. They stay fresh for [X] days after arrival.
When will my boxes ship?
Pick one of three ship weeks when you order:
- Early: ships the week of Nov 30. Order by Tue, Nov 24.
- Main (recommended): ships the week of Dec 7. Order by Wed, Dec 2.
- Last call: ships the week of Dec 14. Order by Wed, Dec 9.
Boxes ship Monday to Wednesday so nothing sits in a warehouse over the weekend. If you’re sending to offices, we recommend the Main week, since a lot of offices empty out the week before Christmas. Last call is best for home addresses, because it ships during UPS’s busiest week.
Can I pay with an invoice or PO?
Yes. Choose “Send me an invoice” at checkout and we’ll email a QuickBooks invoice within 1 business day. Paying by card now saves 5% and locks in your ship date right away.
Is there a minimum?
No. Send one box or a thousand; the checkout is the same. Big lists can text Eric at (361) 563-6506 for help.
What about allergies?
Every cookie is clearly labeled with its ingredients and allergens. Our gluten-free cookies are made with separate equipment, and lots of our customers with celiac order them regularly without a problem. For liability reasons we can’t guarantee them for severe allergies, but we take it seriously.
How does the logo option work?
Upload your logo in step 3. Putting it on your gift note is free, and we can print it at the top of every cookie label for $0.50 per cookie.
What if a box arrives damaged?
