One of the most-raved-about cookies in KC history. A buttery lemon shortbread cookie filled with homemade raspberry preserves and topped with a zesty lemon glaze.
A spin off the words "Fresh Start", we launched this right around New Years 2025 when we did our rebrand! It was the first character we ever created, and rightfully so, as this is one of our most iconic and raved-about flavors!
From the shortbread base featuring real butter and lemon zest to the raspberry preserve filling to the lemon juice glaze, everything is made fresh from scratch - the Kurty's way.
