The Backstory: Our mom used to make us pineapple upside down cake every year for our birthday. So for our birthday week in 2025, we created this cookie.
Fun Fact: Of the 40+ flavors we have, this is our FAVORITE! Partially because of nostalgia but mainly because it's THAT good 🔥
