We butter and roast macadamia nuts before mixing them with Callebaut white chocolate to create a luxurious twist on a classic cookie. Baked to a golden brown and drizzled with an Irish cream glaze 🥃

We launched this cookie for St. Patrick's Day 2025. It's the only cookie we make with Macadamia nuts and we've only ever brought it back once!
