This is one of our proudest creations ever. It was a completely original idea that we had for Cinco de Mayo, and it's one of the most polarizing cookies that we've ever made. People who like it, LOVE it, and people who don't...well, they're just crazy!

This cookie is a truly unique experience, and if you haven't had it, we hope you get to try it some day!
